Then I graduated college and thought of myself as an adult.... still wrong.
I got my first "big girl job" and thought surely I had become an adult... oh boy was I still wrong.
This is what I believe will classify me as a grown-up...
We are becoming homeowners!
Yes, we will be getting married in nearly 2 months- however becoming homeowners brings on an entire new level of responsibility!
I will start a new job in Jackson on April 19th and we will be moving in our house at the end of this month! Changes, changes, changes, all over the place. I have always been one to embrace change and one who gets bored easily, but this is not just one change- it is many!
We are so excited and the best part is that Knox will have a big backyard to run around in... and it will be so much more fun for him when Michael buys Knox a sister! :)
Wedding planning is going in full force. We will be sending out invitations in a couple weeks. It is getting so close! Erica and I were talking about when Lauren got engaged we thought the wedding would be forever away, but it is in less than a month and then mine is a month after that. It's crazy how fast it has gone by!
Although I am sad to leave family and friends, I am so excited about this new venture in mine and Michael's lives!
It is true. I am becoming a grown-up... at least I think so!
